Doesn't quite work.

I can focus on 1 of the 4, and keep getting a book from one I don't have at R8.

Personaly, I think no rep, and 1/2 XP and Gold would be fair. Still worth something if you were in the process when you passed R8 in everything, but not worth enough to farm compared to HM books.
